God’s way of looking at things is different than man’s. Godly promotion comes in steps. Slow growth allows us to learn valuable lessons on the way up so once we reach the top, we can stay there and enjoy the benefits of success. Every person in the body of Christ should study leadership, it encourages us to take the needed steps to change our lives for advancement.
